From my current perspective, Psych-K is as if ancient mind/body wisdom and cutting-edge neuroscience had a love child with the intention of sharing it with the world for personal and collective growth. The simplicity of bringing together the conscious, subconscious and superconscious to create change beyond limiting beliefs.
